Call for proposals: IA Fellows Action Plan 

Objective: 

To provide an opportunity for Intersex Asia’s fellows to practice the knowledge and skills they learned during the fellowship program and start their personal movement by submitting proposals for projects that align with the organization’s mission and values.

Eligibility Criteria: 

– The applicant must be a fellow of Intersex Asia.

– The proposed project must align with the IA’s mission :

to promote and improve the rights to life, bodily integrity, physical autonomy and self-determination of intersex individuals in Asia.

– The proposed project must have a budget of within 1000 USD.

Submission Guidelines:

– The application must be submitted through the online application form provided by Intersex Asia.

– The application must include a detailed description of the proposed project, including its objectives, methodology, and expected outcomes.

– The application must include a budget breakdown, which should not exceed 1000 USD.

Selection Process:

– Applications will be reviewed by a committee constituted by Intersex Asia.

– The committee will evaluate each application based on its alignment with the IA’s mission, feasibility, and potential impact.

– The committee will select the projects that meet the selection criteria and are within the budget of 1000 USD.

Timeline:

– Applications will be accepted from Oct 26, 2023, to Nov 10, 2023.

– The selection process will take place from Nov 11, 2023, to Nov 15, 2023.

– The selected applicants will be notified by Nov 16, 2023.

-The project implementation time is from Nov 17, 2023, to Jan 31, 2024.

Deadline for application submission:

– Nov 10, 2023

Reporting obligations:

— The selected needs to submit a narrative report and financial report together with receipts and supporting financial documents before Feb 15, 2024.
