Esan Regmi is the first openly intersex human rights activist in Nepal, the executive director of Campaign for Change who had proposed CRC and CEDAW report condemns Intersex Infanticide and Genital Mutilation on 2016 and 2018.

Jeff B. Cagandahan
Jeff B. Cagandahan is co-founder of Intersex Philipines, a support group that advocate for equality and protection of Filipino intersex. Jeff is also the first intersex Filipino who was legally allowed to change his gender marker in 2008.
Recently, Jeff was succeeded in advocating for the Cagandahan Bill in The Philippines to safeguard the lives of intersex people in the country. The Bill has passed the Congress Committee on Justice
